H. PRIVACY OF MINORS

Our Website and Services are intended for those meeting the age requirement for our Services in the applicable jurisdictions. If your account is closed or deleted for whatever reason, we may keep your Personal Information (i) to comply with applicable law, (ii) for fraud prevention, (iii) to support dispute resolution, (iv) to prevent re-registration including for responsible play purposes, or (v) for any other reason we deem necessary to protect you or the company. We will keep this Personal Information in accordance with applicable law and for only as long as necessary.

J. NOTICE OF RIGHTS OF COLORADO AND TEXAS RESIDENTS

This Notice of Rights of Colorado and Texas Residents (“Notice”) supplements the information contained in this Privacy Policy and applies solely to individual residents of these states (“residents” or “you”).

You may be able to exercise the following rights in relation to the personal data we collect about you, subject to limitations under the Acts and at law.

If we make any change to this Privacy Policy which we deem to be material, in our sole discretion, we will notify you by posting a notice on https://www.lotto.com/privacy-policy prior to the change becoming effective and may also elect to send you an email notifying you of the policy modifications.

It is your responsibility to check this Privacy Policy for changes. Your continued use of the Website and Services after posting and/or notification of changes to the Privacy Policy will indicate your acknowledgement of and acceptance of such changes.
