Tickets received through our Services are held in trust by Lotto.com as a bearer instrument within the meaning of applicable law. For the avoidance of doubt, you will not receive a physical Ticket except where expressly stated in these Terms. You will receive a scanned copy of any Tickets fulfilled through the Services. It is your responsibility to ensure the safekeeping of the images of your Tickets and we are not responsible for any issues, disputes or other issues that may arise from others using or viewing your Ticket images.
